Trademark Ownership – Exclusive Rights

White Agency®, White Prague Wedding Agency® is a registered Trademark and White Agency s.r.o. has an exclusive ownership of White Agency®, White Prague Wedding Agency® Trademark. Nothing contained on the Web Site www.destination-wedding.cz should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppels, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Web Site www.destination-wedding.cz without the written permission of White Agency or such party that may own the Trademark.

White Agency reserves the right to determine licensing permissions, royalties, fees, and to protect its mark from any threat of infringement, dilution, or misuse under Czech trademark law.

Trademark use Guidelines and Restrictions

White Agency is not to be held responsible for any and all acts and omissions that occur as a result of other party accessing and using the Trademarks, and other party agrees not to engage in any unacceptable use of the Trademarks, which includes, without limitation, use of the Trademarks:

(a) the Trademark terms cannot be adopted into a business name, product or service;

(b) in any media containing material or information that a reasonable person may find abusive, obscene, defamatory, harassing, grossly offensive, vulgar, threatening or malicious;

(c) in text, audio, video, graphics, software or in any other media format that actually or potentially infringes the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property right of any person;

(d) in a manner that creates a false identity or otherwise attempts to mislead any person as to the identity or origin of any communication; no vague, misleading and presumptive references cannot be used, or any statements that directly or indirectly imply association with White Agency

(e) in any other activity deemed by the Company, in its sole and absolute discretion, to be in conflict with the spirit or intent of this Guideline.

Any use of the Trademarks displayed on the Web Site www.destination-wedding.cz or any other content on the Web Site www.destination-wedding.cz , except as provided here within, are strictly prohibited. White Agency will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.
