Pre-wedding Visit
If you are still deciding whether Prague is the right wedding destination or you are hesitating to hire our services, you are welcomed to come for the pre-wedding visit that would help you decide.
Scope of Pre-Wedding Visit:
- Wedding Planner to provide pre-visit assistance up to 10 hours - email correspondence to understand client needs/ requirements; suggest suitable venues for ceremony/ reception.
- Number of Venues that can be visited during one inspection trip is 5 (venues = reception/ ceremony places; hotel/ luxury apartments).
- Transportation around Prague (max. 2 participants); transport outside of Prague requires extra surcharge.
- Complementary Czech traditional lunch for two.
- Wedding Coordinator to accompany client to all selected venues and will provide necessary information about weddings in Prague (legal documents, recommended time plan, etc...) up to 8hours.
Price of Pre-Wedding Visit in Prague 10,000 CZK (aprox. 500 USD / 333 GBP / 385 EUR)
Price of Pre-Wedding Visit outside of Prague 12,000 CZK (aprox. 600 USD / 400 GBP / 462 EUR)
Price in USD/GBP/EUR might vary based on the daily exchange rate. Price is subject of change without prior notice.
Please note:
- Shall you decide to hire White Agency for the wedding services, 50% of the pre-wedding visit cost will be reimbursed to you by appropriate portion from the overall budget.
- Booking in advance is required.
- If you have already decided to hire our services and wish to come to Prague to visit the possible ceremony and celebrations venues please inquire for price.
