Tailor Made Weddings
If you are looking for something different to what is presented in our basic wedding packages, you would like us to help you find a perfect wedding ceremony according you style and needs. We charge a flat fee of 45,000 CZK (aprox. 2,250 USD / 1,500 GBP / 1,731 EUR) regardless of the overall wedding budget and the number of guests.
The fee for tailor made weddings covers the following:
Wedding Services
- Tailored wedding proposal - the initial stage of each planning process is allocated to understanding your special wedding needs; along with the style and ambience you would like to achieve. We will perform the necessary research and provide you with 5 suitable venues according to your personal style & expectations.
- Oversees the wedding planning process
- Personalized wedding arrangements such as transport, flowers & décor, reception, and entertainment
- Consultancy via email/phone to complete the wedding planning
- Set up a detailed itinerary
- Meeting with the client and on-site meetings with suppliers
Legal documents
- Provide guidance for how and where to request and collect all legal documentation in the country of your origin
- Manage and cover the charge for official court translation
- Handle Czech documentation required to validate the ceremony
Wedding Web page
- Free provided on agency web site for Bride & Groom and guests
The cost for wedding coordinator on your wedding day is charged extra with fee of 1,100 CZK (aprox. 55 USD / 37 GBP / 42 EUR) / per hour including VAT. Please note that wedding with more than 50 guests requires two wedding coordinators to ensure that your wedding will be a truly memorable experience for you and your guests.
